You will have to travel all over the Underground in search for your gifts, it will be really fun. The last riddle will take you to the surprise party he organized for you. There will be all your friends there to celebrate your birthday. Then you can ask Sans everything you want because it’s your birthday, you’re the king / queen of the party and your every wish is his command. Sans laughs when you say he is your birthday gift and he thinks it’s something very sweet and he will be your gift if you want. You can even put a big red ribbon on his skull. At the evening, Sans and you will have dinner in a super cute restaurant he knows, it is a beautiful place, there everyone welcomes you singing “happy birthday to you”. All the employees and the clients sing for you as if you were their friend.
