Frollo and Mother Gothel convince Quasimodo and Rapunzel that their lives are dependent on them. The two villains claim the outside world is a terrible place even though they know this is not true. They also constantly emotionally abuse their victims by implying their worthlessness and destroying their self-esteems. Quasimodo and Rapunzel sympathize with their captors and even believe their captors are protecting them and treating them with kindness. However, both captors are merely using and manipulating their victims for their own selfish purposes.
Belle does not sympathize with the Beast when she is treated poorly. She becomes angry and leaves the castle, only returning by her own wish so that the Beast (who saves her) does not freeze to death. She does not respond nicely towards the Beast until he treats her with respect. In this situation, Belle has control and is not manipulated into feeling for the Beast, nor does the Beast treat her disrespectfully after the first night. While the Beast does have an underlying motive as to keeping Belle in his castle, he abandons this idea and sets her free to make her happy. If anything, this story is a case of Lima Syndrome where the captor starts to sympathize with the victim.

I don’t usually reblog stuff like this, but Beauty and the Beast is my favorite movie and I’d like to have this on my page!
this is actually a very good analysis. I take back all the times I’ve called Beauty and the Beast a ‘stockholm syndrome’ romance.
This time you have
been the one to organize the date, you seem very enthusiastic and you have something
in mind. He’s very curious and he let you prepare this super date. He cannot
wait a moment more. Then you propose to him a sport you and he can do together,
you know he likes every kind of sport and so he’s more curious than before.
You are a skydiving
lover and so you want to do it with Papyrus and he thinks it’s something
normal, anything dangerous. Nothing is impossible or the great Papyrus.
Of Course, Papyrus
won’t deny the challenge. He’s ready to do it even if he has no idea what
skydiving is and so you explain it to him.
Does he has to launch
himself from a parachute? WTF? He’s a little perplexed. He’s a skeleton and not
a bird.
At first, he does not
want to do it, he’s pretty afraid and it’s the first time he does something
like this, he is not trained for it but he does not want to disappoint you and
so he accepts. You even say to him that a real royal guard would be brave
enough to do it and so he must do it. He has no other choice.
In the meanwhile,
Sans is very worried and it seems you are tricking his brother. If something
bad happens to Papyrus, you know Sans won’t be so glad and the time you’ll
spend with him won’t be good at all.

He is the bravest skeleton
of the Underground and he is afraid of nothing, and so he accepts your challenge.
Even if he has never done this thing before, he is sure he’s going to win. He’s
a little too arrogant.
This is a very
interesting sport, he needs to vent his rage and it can be a good way. He also
like to experiment. He likes the risk, the danger and so he’s ready.
Papyrus also invites Undyne
because he wants to show her how great he is in this new thing, he is the best
and she has to admire his victory.
Actually, he’s not
that bad even if it’s very high and he has no experience but he can handle it.
It’s an experience he
likes to much and now he wants to try other extreme sports. And he ask himself
why he did not think about it before.

He is braver than
Pappy, and so he takes this challenge with a big smile on his face.
You like the danger,
he’s ok with this but he wants to be sure everything is fine. He checks every equipment
is okay because he still cares about his life and safety.
He does not want to
delude you and so he tries to do his best and enjoy this new experience. If it
makes you happy, well, he has no other choice.
When you say to him
that this challenge is very relevant for his future because if he success he
will be accepted as royal guard even if he has never heard about this rule, the
queen has not told him anything. Maybe it’s a surprise, and so he’s more
determinate to win this game!
Even this time, his
brother does not look happy and Papyrus does not want to see his brother
reduced in an omelette and so he hopes you’re going to bring his brother back
alive or the consequences won’t be so pleasant for you.

Maybe you should
have expected it but he’s an expert in skydiving and it’s not the first time he
practises this sport. He loves extreme sports and his glad his S/O like them,
too.
You and he are
going to have a good time across the clouds, and you’ll see how professional
and prepared he is. He knows everything about this sport.
He has always
done it with Alphys he’s very trained and you’ll be surprised.
Sans love every
kind of danger because danger is his second name and nothing can scare him.
After this, he
will organize every type of dangerous date and you have to open an insurance for
your life because he won’t give you not even a break.
Don’t look down, look at the sweet skeletons instead 🙂
It’s actually a good thing if the Royal Guard becomes a sport team. It means there no need to fight anymore, the monsters and the humans have archived a truce, and it’s great. Now everyone is friend with each other, well, it looks a lot like an utopia but while it lasts, all the better.
Papyrus is not made for war or fight because he’s a pacifistic skeleton and in a war he would be the first to die because he’s unable to kill (he wouldn’t kill not even a bug). If the Royal Guard is a football team, he will be a great cheerleader.
I think he will be the leader of his cheerleader team because he’s an energetic and confident skeleton, he loves sport and he will bring the team to victory. Every member of his team loves him, he’s not the classic cheerleader you see on teen-movie who is egocentric, unfriendly and frivolous. He’s not nothing of that because he cares everyone is treated with respect and kindness. He’s the perfect leader, even the Royal Guard members love being cheer up by Pappy.
It’s a job he takes seriously, he trains a lot and he also created choreography, dances and steps to impress the audience and his friends.

He’s also the perfect cheerleader and even this time, it’s great there’s no war or fight because he cannot kill. He’s not made for it, and he’s glad the world learned how to be nice and friendly with the other. It’s the same speech of Pappy so I won’t repeat myself.
He also likes cheering people up because it’s something he did in the Underground, he was like a big brother for everyone even for Undyne and Alphyse. It’s his nature so nothing really changes.
Well, he’s very small but he can dance, make choreograph and jump anyway and he likes being grab and launched and doing backflips in the air.
Now I want to see them in cheerleader outfit ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
