I just saw an animation of Dice singing his theme on stage and I imagine this is what he does on weekends to relieve stress, but he will wait until everyone is gone. And then random employees forget something and they go back to casino to get it, and that’s how they discovered their manager’s secret talent. Or they could record the whole thing and blackmail him if that’s possible XD

I don’t think a narcissist freak like him would have shame in singing in front of his employees or anybody else.

He wants to be the center of attention because he’s egocentric and so he loves when people applaude and admire him and love his performance. 

It does not matter what kind of performance it is, if it is a cart game or a song to sing, if it can pump his ego, it’s right.

I mean, he’s aware of his talents and he has fun exibiting in front of them. There is no reason to be ashamed and he’s not shy, at all

I think it’s a thing he does already and some of his employes are his fans or they are just envious of his talents and he also likes when people are envious of him. It’s anothr way to pump his ego.

I envy his confidence, does that count 😀 ?
