Does normal and evil Cuphead cry when they have their first vaccine inject? Will they cry because needles hurts?

Of course, he is afraid and his brother holds his hand
during all this.

He does not want to be left alone and he needs his
brother and Elder Kettle’s help.  They
have to be by his side and tell him that everything is all right and this thing
will be quick and painless (he hopes so).

He complains a lot and he is afraid, but he does not
hide his fear because it’s awful! He’s a child and children hate needles even
if Mugman had been already vaccinated and he’s fine. He’s been brave so Cuphead
can do the same.

Thanks to his brother, Cuphead finds the lost courage
and he wants to demonstrate his strength. He can face this situation and there’s
nothing to be afraid until his family is with him.

It’s not a catastrophe, it’s only a vaccine and it’s important
for his health.  

At the end, he feels better and he understands there
was nothing to be afraid because it was normal and needles don’t hurt that
much. He feels stronger!

It needed an army to immobilize this cup because he’s
too stubborn and he does not want to be vaccinated!

He thinks it’s stupid and useless and he is already
cool and strong. He does not need medicine and any of that shit.

Actually, he is afraid because he’s still a child but
he denies it. It’s a waste of time and he does not trust the doctor. Cuphead
says the doctor is a sadistic and a bastard and he likes seeing him suffering…
Maybe it’s true but it’s not a valid reason…

His brother is not useful because he keeps mocking
him, saying he’s a coward and stupid. He is a little brat who’s a afraid to
take his medicine and Cuphead got offended and he decides to do it. Yes, he
takes it like a challenge and he wants to demonstrate to his mistrusting
brother he is cooler than him.

Cuphead got traumatized and he moved so much that the
needle was about to stay stuck in his arm. The doctor sedated him and then he
injected him.

Cuphead has slept all the time and he felt no pain but
everyone laughed at him because it was funny. The needle was not so big and he
behaved like a little scared baby.
